Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager – Home Care is a trusted business partner of Hope Staffing Group’s companies who builds and fosters the connection between recruitment and retention for business development and growth for Hope Staffing Group Living Programs. This position will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment and selection process for assigned exempt and non-exempt positions. This position will work closely with all areas of the RSL continuum of services, as well as, external contacts that utilize MLTC, CHHA, LHCSA, and Senior Housing services to anticipate and identify areas of potential need for new or increased recruitment efforts. The Talent Acquisition Manager – Home Care will assist with the development of job profiles, implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing viable candidates through digital platforms, including social media platforms and assessing candidate suitability for open positions and the organization. In collaboration with hiring managers, select and hire the best candidates for all assigned open positions and deliver an engaging, responsive, and positive experience to candidates as part a successful employment journey.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, business administration or relevant field. (2) + years of high-volume recruitment experience of clinical and para-professional positions in Home Care, specifically LHCSA/CHHA/MLTC required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Suite.

Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management. Public speaking and presentation experience. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to function independently with minimal direction, work well under pressure, and approaches unique problems and situations with creativity and innovativeness. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS, knowledge of interviewing techniques, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. PHR/SHRM Certification and work experience in an 1199SEIU facility preferred. Ability to be flexible and adaptable with travel throughout Westchester, Bronx, & Manhattan, as well as Queens and Brooklyn when necessary to conduct recruitment events. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Bi-lingual English/Spanish speakers preferred.
