Job Description

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Member Service Specialist manages new enrollments (data entry, enrollment updates and electronic submissions); maintain the members’ electronic and initial enrollment records; provides office assistance to the Intake & Outreach Department as needed.

Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associates degree or certificate/degree from a technical school preferred; or three to six months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to clearly communicate and be understood in English. Basic computer skills (word, email). Excellent Customer Service Skills. 1-2 years of experience as receptionist and/or customer service experience. Bilingual in Cantonese and Mandarin.
