Overview
We, at Hope Staffing Plans, are seeking a candidate to fill a temporary Field Operations Specialist position duration 6 months, with the potential for a permanent role. This field position will cover Bronx & Westchester population. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm, with partial onsite work and home visits.
Responsibilities
The Field Operations Specialist is responsible for conducting service coordination and home visits for the care management team. To perform this job successfully, indicate the type of education, training, license, registration, certification, language skills, mathematical skills, computer skills and/or experience required to qualify for this position.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. BA/BS recommended. 2-3 years in a managed care or home care setting. Valid NYS driver’s license and the ability to visit members in their home .Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Bilingual preferred – Spanish. MS Office required. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Compensation: Min. $24.0384 hourly Max. $26.4423 hourly
